Gym Leader Blue

So basically I'm doing a story over on fanfiction.net following the journey of trainers Gold and Crystal throughout the Johto region. After defeating the Elite Four, Gold gets ideas above his station, thinking he's the newest of the great trainers. Red, however, beats his entire team with just his Espeon. Gold demands a rematch, but Red refuses, saying that they won't battle until Gold earns his respect. To do that, Gold must first obtain the Earth Badge from Red's former rival Blue. Gold quickle finds himself on a journey through Kanto, as Blue will not accept his challenge without getting the badges of the seven other gyms. When Gold finally goes to battle Blue, he and Crystal discover the leader of the final gym locked in a double-battle against Red and Leaf, and has a surprisingly familiar face fighting alongside him.
Blue's main Pokemon consist of Umbreon, Pidgeot, Alakazam, Machamp, Rhyperior, Gyarados, Electivire, Arcanine, Pinsir and Exeggutor whilst Tyranitar, Cloyster, Raticate, Venomoth and Porygon-Z are held in reserve.
